About Us

Interstate Landscape Co., Inc. is a family owned business located in Londonderry, NH.

Owners, Bill and Gail Gardocki started the business in 1981 while Bill was the horticulture teacher at Alvirne High School in Hudson, NH. In 1986 Bill left teaching to operate the business full time. A year later Gail left her position in the high tech industry to manage the office operations full time.

Bill is an ICPI, and NCMA nationally certified installer and instructor. In 2010 Bill became a certified Permeable Interlocking Concrete Paver installation instructor. He travels across the country during the winter months training other contractors on “best practices” techniques for the installation of brick paver and retaining wall products.

Bill and Gail’s son, Tom graduated in 2009 from the Thompson School of Applied Science at the University of New Hampshire with associate degrees in Construction Management and Business Management. Tom joined the company full time upon graduation, having worked the past ten years as a part-time employee. Tom is an ICPI and PICP certified paver installer and an NCMA certified retaining wall installer.

Bill, Gail and Tom are committed to supporting the local community, and maintain active involvement in many charitable organizations as well as contributing services and knowledge to other community minded groups.
